If the recipient’s location is closed or unable to accept the delivery when our delivery team arrives, the order will be rescheduled for the next available delivery time. To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 8:45 PM (Qatar time).
At Aster Flower, we make every effort to deliver your order on your preferred date and within your requested timeframe. Please note that deliveries are scheduled daily between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
If we are unable to complete the delivery at the requested time due to unforeseen circumstances, we will arrange delivery at the earliest possible time.
Address Changes
If you need to change or redirect the delivery address after placing your order, an additional delivery fee of QAR 50 will apply.
This may include situations such as changing a delivery from a business address to a residential address or requesting a new delivery location after an order has been prepared or dispatched.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Aster Flower cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information, including incorrect street names, building numbers, or other location details.
If a second delivery attempt is required because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, an additional QAR 50 delivery charge will apply.
